以前の SVG Tiny 1.2 の勧告案草稿 からこの勧告までになされたすべての変更をこの節に挙げる。体裁の変更（誤記の訂正, 文書のスタイル付けに関する変更, リンクの追加）は挙げる必要が無い。 Listed in this section are all the changes have been made to this Recommendation relative to the previous Proposed Recommendation Working Draft of SVG Tiny 1.2. Cosmetic changes (i.e. correction of typos, changes related to the styling of the document and addition of links) need not be listed.
