I tried to collect English keyboard images under free licenses.

It is French key layout but contains most English keys images. It has blank image (vierge.png), so I wonder why its license says “No Derivative Works”.

WPClipart has collection of many photos and clip art under public domain. You can select an image format (PNG, transparent PNG, SVG and JPEG) at download page. You can also edit images on Web site – resize, rotate, crop, change brightness or contrast, and set grayscale.

Clker.com provides many clip art under public domain. You can select an image format (PNG, SVG and ODG) at download page. In PNG format, LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH resolutions are available. You can also edit SVG images with SVG-edit on online.
